Fetal echocardiography– This is a kind of ultrasonography (done in between 18 to 24 weeks of pregnancy) by which major congenital heart disease (CHD) can be diagnosed before birth.
Fetal treatment – Due to advancement of technology we can diagnose and treat rhythm problem ( Heart rate related problem) before birth. That can change overall prognosis ( improve survival chance of fetus).
Pediatric echocardiography– this is a simple non- invasive test by which we can diagnose congenital heart disease ( CHD) in children. We can also formulate management plan accordingly.
Transcatheter procedure (Microsurgery) – Hole in heart and valve blockage can successfully be treated without open heart surgery. Hole can be closed by ‘DEVICE’ and valve blockage can be opened up by Balloon.
Adult with CHD– Adult can also have hole in heart and valve blockage . That can also be treated without open heart surgery ( Microsurgery) .
Management of arrythmia– Now a days heart rate related problem ( Bradyarrhythmia and Tachyarrhythmia ) can totally be cured.
Diagnostic catheterization ( Angiogram)– Diagnostic catheterization some time helpful to guide surgeon regarding best possible management option.
Trasesophegial Echocardiography ( TEE)– Kind of endoscopic echocardiography which is helpful for assessment of CHD in an adult.
